Partner???

Ok,

So I want to start a promotions co. tailored towards producing events for the GLBT community in Dallas. I am more of an operations/financials person and would like to partner with someone who has more sales experience and is more outgoing than I am. It would be great if this person had business experience also. The DFW area needs more entertainment outlets besides the 3-4 clubs everyone visits every weekend and there is money to be made if done properly. How do I find such a person or would I benefit more by getting experience and going at it alone? Opinions/insight needed.
