I am looking for a website or a publication that has national and regional bar/tavern statistics for use in some number crunching I am doing to look at the viability of a new bar/tavern in my home town.
We have location, people, experience, and money (yeah right, right? :D ) but what we don't have is someone who can legally/ethically get us the average costs, expenses, ect that we will be facing.
I can get into a ton of detail, but long posts make my eyes bleed so if you have any suggestions please post, they are all welcome.
