Hey guys and girls,
I am trying to find out why our well lit, recently renovated bar and nightclub, with nice comfy lounges, an amazing selection of products, and central location, is not drawing the crowd we desire.
The venue has got a bit of a name as the "Place where all the doof doof techno druggies go", but since then the renovations have made it quite lovely inside, and considering all the kids are taking ecstasy and listening to electronica now, its no more a 'druggie' hang out than anywhere else... What are we missing??
We want to attract a finer quality of patron, earlier in the night, so that they can have some delicious ****tails (HA HA HA!! Thats the funniest bit of forum censoring ever!!), relax on the lounges, away from the pub atmosphere and noisy 20's revelers.
So my question is: Has anyone used surveys or questionnaires to gather information on why people AREN'T coming to your venue?? I have seen a few venues' websites that have sections with:
What did you like about our club??
What can we do to make your experience even better??
But I am looking at a survey you can give to people who AREN'T visiting your club...
Its a curly one, I know. But your collective insight and thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated!! :D
Many thanks,
Nick
