My partner and I are currently in the process of opening a nightclub in San Jose, Costa Rica. Presently, over $400,000usd has been invested into the location, in construction, sound, lights, furniture, computers, etc. The club is good to go. All that is left is cosmetic work, and about 20 days worth of construction. We currently are looking for an investor to put in $80,000, and in return receive a percentage of the club that can be negotiated. Budgets, revenue projections, current photos of the location, etc. can all be provided upon request. The club has a capacity of 1000+ people, 2 levels, 3 rooms, a patio, and an ultra vip private room. Both my partner and myself have a wealth of expierence in promoting, running, and managing clubs, in Toronto, New York, and in Costa Rica. If interested, I can be reached in Costa Rica at 011-506-368-8696 (ask for Mark or Edward), or on my USA line which works in Costa Rica, 248-823-5968, or by email laembajadacr@gmail.com. Serious inquiries only please. Thank you.

If you guys want to fly me out to confirm your situation, we can make arrangements
I will need two first class airline tickets and hotel accommodations in a minimum 4 star hotel. One suite is fine. i will also need a stipend and/or meals comped.
I will take a look at your business plan, meet your team, check your references, see your facility etc.
Also a small fee of $1000
I will then officially certify this as an AUTHENTIC opportunity for investors here in the states.

Like I said, photos, business plans, copies of the lease are all available. Anybody who would be interested in coming down to Costa Rica to check out the venue is more than welcome, and my partner and myself would obviously want to meet any potential investor/partner before proceeding. Thank you.

How many partners does this project have? Can you verify and prove the $ 400k investment already done? What is the fund distribution? Do you have a website?
Thanks
PS: I don't doubt that you have a very nice project going on down in CR, but a little more info would help.

i wont invest in your business, but i would bet 80 grand that it takes you 5 years to get your roi and even less before both of you cut you loss and trek it to panama to open an umbrella stand when the banana republic officially serves you your persona no grata orders or your pissed off dip shit investors send manuel nomobegga after you to collect the rent. maybe opening up a jack in the box/ hookah bar in panama would have been a safer investment and you would not have to have hawked uncle bills brand spankin new kidney dialysis machine.
sj is about hot tico chicas and laid back nights and when i see some monkey blow his mango on opening and over priced glittering tin roof tiki bar i really have shite my thong. where are you? remember where you are and how ticos and tourists party when they are where? costa feckin rica = god damn jungle jane!
HHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAA! WOW! Well said! (as always)

A friend of mine went to dj at one of those clubs down there.. He said it was insane models everywhere, bottles on all the vip tables. You got any info on the market and how many night clubs are in operation? I know a few people that would be interested in this send me the proposal.
