I am looking for an investor to go in on a prime building in Nashville TN and help with the build out. I have many years of experience and can go into the details of that experience with a truly interested person. The building is in the trendy part of downtown Nashville... blocks from Music Row. The main building has 5100 sq ft and there is a second building included in the price that is another 1360 sq ft. Most of the establishments in the area are "upscale" restaurants, hair salons, and shops. The building is around $200/ sq ft. (most of the buildings in the area are closer to $300/ sq ft.).
