Just purchased one in downtown Orlando. If you remember I posted on here a month or two ago. Anyways, we're in pretty good shape as far as we have been approved for a 500K loan, however we won't have it for another 30 days. We may flip the liquor license to take out some equity, but we would prefer to bring on another partner. I really don't want to give up any more of my interest in the club, but I also don't want to pay rent for another month before we can start the build-out, so it is what it is. I have a full business plan and most likely anything you could possibly ask for. If you're interested message me here or at jameymmp@gmail.com.

Also, we are looking for a strong general manager. Pay will be very competitive with a nice incentive base. We want someone with a formidable marketing background and several years experience. We had someone lined up but due to delays in the purchase had to let them go.

I look forward to hearing from some of you!

Hey buddy....It would help lots of members here on the board to find out how you were able to get a loan....and what bank or lender is loaning you 500K...as most banks will not touch a Bar or Restaurant without the venue providing 2-3 years of profitable earnings reports and Tax's to reflect that.....

Was it a private lender..If so share the wealth of knowledge.....

If you are still looking for partners and $ send me your package and I will look at it........

Cheers
