who knows about Gift and Loyalty software?

Hey there,

I own 3 clubs and we have been looking for a gift and loyalty card system. Our credit card guy is a real shark and the company charges way to much with all those swipe fees and the like.

Anyone know of something else? We have computer POS systems, but the gift and loyalty end of it is pure crap.

Last year I recall replying to the same sort of question. We, like you, were fed up with our relationship with our card processor who was killing us with fees for both our credit card program and for our gift/loyalty card program.

Our 4 stores utilize an easy to use and very inexpensive software program called GavaEL from www.GavaSystems.com (http://www.gavasystems.com). We have saved countless hundreds of dollars over our old method and have been very impressed with the included upgrades and quick response to our questions.
