These are some of the initial design layouts I do for a venue,Thay help me to get numbers from Contractors and Vendors without having to have pay for an architect to do it......

This also helps in raising money and dealing with the landlord..

All of these are done with Microsoft Word this is on most every PC... Sorry Mac Guys..... :p
