I'm from the area and thinking about opening a nightclub / bar in the next 2 years. I'm a realtor, but i'd like to flip my investments later in the future and put it towards a nightclub / bar / restaurant.

I own two bars in the area. One in Norfolk and one in Chesapeake. I have been involved with the bars in this area since 1999. My patners in other business own 4 in the virginia beach oceanfront.
