And thank you for taking your time to consider my preposition on my new venue. I am currently looking for interested investors in a new untapped market product for the Miami Beach area. Our investment group www.ThePoshFamily.com is trying to open our second venue in the Miami Beach vicinity. The location is in the prime market of tourism and homegrown professionals alike, for those of you asking where that might be it's on washington ave. one block away from the famous Ocean Dr. We currently own the building but yet to have the income to finance the starting cost, which upon request may be sent to you in our business plan. We also have a concept and theme and entertainment for the proposed venue in a brochure type ordeal. We are currently schedualed to open winter of 2008.
