Location for a lounge in Houston

Hello everyone...

I have been looking for a location for me and my two partners to open up an upscale bottle service lounge in Houston..we have been looking for quite some time now with no luck. The real estate people we have worked with have been useless. Any one here know what the best way tp find prime locations for a lounge is? I have been dealing with lots of brokers and I recommend you get out and pound the pavement yourself...I would contact a few brokers and let them know what you are looking for...

I believe that the Yari Family owns alot of the prime property in Huston.
