Liquor for wholesale?

Im trying to find a Liquor distributor for wholesale near Morgantown WV. Alot of the clubs/bars around here for some reason purchase there liquor at the local liquor store. The store itself is overpriced and you only recieve a 13% discount on each bottle purchased. Anyone have any numbers or sites that could give me a better deal and deliver.

Some States and Counties have laws that only allow State/County controlled or Licensed retail wholesaler's and Vendors to sell or distribute Liquor and Spirits from specified outlets.

This is the way that the (Specific) States generate extra revenue and Taxes from the sale of the Liquor and Spirits. This also gives the State governments an active control mechanism.
