Hello,
I am currently in the process of taking over managing partnership of a bar and pool hall that is a Sister store of sorts to the one I currently work as Bartender. Some of you may remember The Corner Pocket Franchise, this was one of those.

I have quite a bit of experience in the restraunt and bar business. My mother owned a restraunt and bar on a golf course and now owns a bakery. Needless to say, I grew up around it. I will be a fourth generation bar owner.

Fortunatly, price wise, and unfortunatly business wise, the old manager has really run the business down. From the beer suppliers numbers 23% down this year and nearly fifty percent from 2000. I am located directly across from the mall here in town and am thinking having a menu is important. The sticky point is the kitchen is very small and has no fire supression system in place. So basically I am looking for something oven ready yet better quality than frozen pizzas or pizza in general as there is an old chicago two blocks away. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
