Hello,

My name is Alonzo, and I've been working in the bar/restaurant industry for quite some time now (almost 11 years). I've been wanting to start my own place, and an opportunity has just presented itself. I've been at management level for over a year now, but I don't feel as though I have the right information on what it takes to own a bar.

That is why I'm looking to this forum for answers. Nice to meet you all.

Plenty of Info, here. Just start digging. State College is an area I do A LOT of business in. It's really cut throat. You gotta know all you can there to be successful.

Read Allens peice. It says pretty much all of it...

don't know what your responsibilities are now but it's prety much the same except you get to keep the money.

Are you sure you get to keep the money? What if there isn't enough to go around? :D
