I'm Trying To Open A Liquor Store And Lounge In Miami How Do You Make Sure The Zoning And Ordinance Is O.k. For Your Location?

In most states and citys Liquor stores must be a certain distance from one another.....also you are doing packaged liquors and on-premis service both....this will often require the the maximum limit license available for your area...and in Florida I believe that licenses can run up to $130,000 and higher...I would contact a local liquor commision agency and stop in to see them...they might be very helpful.....

Living here in Florida I do know that you can have both a package store & a bar/club together, however Chris is right... It is going to cost you an arm, a leg, and both... anyway the license is a very costly one.

Miami has, and plays by a whole different set of rules (gota love Miami), so cover all your bases and contact all the regulatory boards you can.
