I am a real estate investor located in Michigan, and I've been buying properties for the past few years, and I have become my ventures in commercial real estate. I have the ability to get financing for buildings well over a million, but in this particular deal in order for me to buy the builder I have to get the business as well, and they want sell they business unless I have an experience partner who's already owned or operated a Topless bar before.
