Did a Beach party on friday night, covered the dance floor in 3 inches deep of sand built sand castles and stuff and then when we opened got the DJ to do beach games. We gave water pistols to some customers and they went squirting people. It was a night to remember. Worked really well, average spend per head went up by a drink a person, and was a trouble free fun night.
Only problem is, although my dance floor is marble, the wood which is all around the club lost all its varnish and was down to bare grain!
So beware!
