Hello everyone aboard! I am a new member to this site, but I have read through this page numerous times. I am in the process of trying to learn as much as I can about the pro's/ con's of starting a nightclub. Too make a long story short when the times is right I want to open a 8000 to 10000 sq.foot club in my city. My city which is Gary, Indiana is starving for a new venture of such. This is a city that is on the rise with it's newly built pro baseball field/ restaurant as well as it's pro basketball facility. Now when reading the following I would like for everyone's input on if you think that this project could work. Keep in mind that this city does not have very much competiton in this area of work including the surrounding cities. In my area if you want to have a good time you have to drive to Chicago to experience that. But I want to make a change.
Now what I want to do is purchase some property that is on the same strip, or vicinity, as these facilities to try to generate more traffic flow into my Club.
Now as far as the club goes I want to have the club open 7 days a week. Four of the days will be club days with a Dj playing the music. The 3 remaining days I will have the club open for a bingo night, playing cards & domino's nite, football & pool nite, or live band nite. On club nites I will charge $8 for entrance and on the other event days I will charge $3 for entrance. On the event nite such as bingo I want to giveaway prizes for the winners.
Question: Does this plan sound good?
With that in mind I will have to include pool tables, dart boards, a room for bingo, and two big screen t.v.s.
Question: Does anyone know how much it will cost to put two big screen t.v.s in the club similar to those that BW3 has?
Question: I read someone's thread on here about companies that will donate pool table's for a negotiable profit share. How do I go about doing this?
Next, I want to have a stage for live perfomances to take place. I am trying to help everyone benefit from this new adventure whether it be having the best time of their life or performing on stage to try to promote their C.D.'s or abilities to others.

Also included will be two skyboxes. One will be a V.I.P room and the other will be where my staff and I will work. (The Office).
