Here's my version of liquor inventory. I have an updated version for examining my mix and the prices have changed, of course... but you guys get the drift.

It will take some studying to get familiar with. Get familiar with the formulas. Everything starts with the first tab "Item Cost". Change the product, price or purveyor there and it will adjust in most of the other sheets.

Anyway, this was hours of sweat equity guys... please ask if you have any questions.

Change the price on every item in column D in the first tab marked "Item Costs" Prices vary state to state. Add items you need, delete items you don't, but make sure it reflects in the "inventory" tab.

Say I want to add Absolut Mandarin to my product list. Right click on row five, click "insert". Type in Absolut Mandarin, the purveyor, price etc... Go to the Inventory tab. Right click on row five, click "insert". Left click and drag on column A 4 through I 4 and you'll see a small little box in the lower right corner of the cell I 4. Left click on the little box and drag it down to row 5. Everything in the "Item Costs" tab will transfer over to your Inventory tab.

I hope that made sense.

The HH price stands for Happy hour pricing. This spreadsheet is old. I have a much better version for evaluating the overall mix, but it's at work.

Feel free to ask any other quesitons. Excel is your friend if you know how to use it.
