I am trying to make a list of all the expenses that need to be accounted for, this is for a monthly club night, so far I have:

Venue
Djs
Tickets
Flyer design
Flyer Printing
Photographer
Lightening if not available


Security and bar staff are paid for by owner of the venue.

Is there anything I am missing, Feedback appreciated.

I'm guessing you want to promote? well 1 normally you wont have to pay the club to use it they might ask for a deposit.
DJs,Comps/tickets/flyers,printing/photographer/glist list person/cash person/website hosting/ YOUR TIME/your promoters/cellphone! it all depends how far you want to go like SMS messages from a provider etc
