Venturing in the Night Club realm

I and a couple of partners are looking to open our own Nightclub where the building it resides will be featuring a nice size lounge, nightclub, and a coffee shop. The building is approximately 20,000 sq. ft with access to the roof where we think an outside roof deck that has the view of the city would be great. We are looking to get connected to investors, nightclub/restaurant owners to get ideas and some direction. We already are working on a business plan to present to potential investors.
