I need help with cost of opening a club

Hi, I have to do a business plan about opening a club in a college town for my project. I need help from you(the experts). I have a list of questions that I need answer from. It does not have to be exact figures, an estimate is fine. I hope you all can help me.
1. How much money is needed to start out?
2. How much are sound systems, lighting, supplies?
3. How much money is spend on remodel, and decoration?
4. How much does it cost to get a liquor license, and what other license is needed?
5. How much profit can be made in a month?
6. How much money a month is spend to pay for insurances, salaries, electricity...etc?
7. Finally is there anything else I need to know that is needed for opening a club
Thank you very much, if anyone have any ideas please tell me. It would help . As you can tell, I have no clue about opening a club, and I am interested in learning more about it.

Are you actually intending to do this or is it a school project?

Ther are so many variables with regard to costing out and opening a location.

Without very specific information, as to where, how big, format, previous experience / operations and many other questions, you may as well pick numbers out of the air.
