Ministry,

I was looking on the internet for a bull about a month ago. I found a bunch of sites that had them for lease and they usually carry insurance on them. You may try contacting one of those companies and asking what type of insurance they carry.
hope this helps.

I had a guy come in and do it for a night and he had his own insurance policy. This was just a one night deal though.

Hi,
This a bit off topic but thought it might be of interest anyways.
I work in a club that has a bungee bull. The club has high ceilings so what they did was suppend a Barrel from the ceiling, with bungee cords, and put the usual riding gear on the barrel, and made it to look like a bull. Durring the week they leave it suppened above the dance floor, and then when it comes time to actually do the promo, they lower it a bit, put a huge air matress under it, and let the contestants go to it. Theirs also long ropes attached to the barrel, so that the boucers can pull the barrel in different directions, to give it the bucking motion.
Its a pretty wild ride, especically if youre fairly light and they get it boucing up high.
As far as the insurance, I really don`t know, I do know that the customers who sign up for the bull ride signs a wavor, so that they take full responsibility for any possible injuries, but thats all I know about.
Anyways seen a lot of mechanical bulls advertised on a number of different websites so I thought this would be something a bit differnt for ya.

Your current insurance should cover you. Make sure that you check with your agent and the carrier. The Bull along with fall protection really isn't that expensive. The good thing is that they are easy to resell after the novelty wears off. If you use a contracted service, make sure that you have a current copy of his insurance. Then, take it to your agent and have him make sure that it is legit and has the coverage that you need. Don't assume anything at anytime.

I was in Sturgis, South Dakota in August of 2003 for the Bike Rally. A club there has a Mechanical Bull in their court yard. People will ride the thing all day long. When night falls, the ladies will ride the thing either topless or completely naked. What a riot. Sometimes, they will ride two at a time and give a really good show. I must of taken fifty photos of this before it got a little monotonous. I do have copies for sale.

many of the companies that sell the bulls can hook you up with insurance companies that are not afraid of a little bull
