Keys to the new car...now where do I go?

Hey everyone I have had a few things come up over the last week or so that have my head spinning. The biggest opp is getting the Area Developer rights to a bar and grill concept. This fell into my lap via an Angel of sorts.

My problem is what do I do now? It is all just hitting me and I am still getting my head wrapped around it. It is a potentially huge opportunity. Any advise from those of you who are more familiar with opportunities like this would be appreciated.

Some basics: The concept is nearly 50 years old. Has 10 plus units. Annual sales volumes in the 1.5-2mm range.

so you got the rights to develop right ? do you have the $ to build ? if you don't then you really don't have anything. why not sell off the rights to developers ?

Well as I understand it, selling the rights is the point. It is how I make money off of the deal. I am looking to open one of my own as well.

Some advise on sourcing buyers and strategic partnership would be appreciated guys and girls.

This did not turn out to be the right venture for me. I moved on with the plans to open my own bar and grill with my partner.
