Hi first post so a brief introduction. I am a owner-editor of a reggaeton/latin hip hop website that is being transitioned into a reggaeton nightlife community. I have several connects in the promotions business but before I work with them I would like to familiarize myself with their work.

I am going to make a newbie's attempt to compile a list of expenses and responsibilities that the major parties involved in the event is subject to. Most of this is basic knowledge but I hope this list will help others like me get a more organized understanding of how club promotions work. Please add on and make this list better. Moderators feel free to edit this post.

Parties involved
-Owner
-Promoter
-DJs & Performers
-Hired workers

Expenses
-DJ & Performers (Varies, depends on agreement <-- am I correct on this?)
-Tickets (Owner)
-Flyers & Flyer designs (Promoters or does this vary as well?)
-Photographer (Owner)

Responsibilities
-Provide venue and services (Owner)
-Get people to attend (Promoters)

Payouts
-Door charge (Promoters, may vary)
-Bar (Owner, may vary)

Am I missing anything? Please help me edit and add to this list.
