Hello everyone
My business partner and I are looking for some help in the way of a potential short term investor for an existing entertainment venue in the Jacksonville Beach Florida area. The venue is in prime location and one of the most popular venues in Jacksonville Beach. The help that we seek is for the 20% down on are business loan that has been pre approved for us to buy the venue and all of the licenses ect.ect. And for the alterations we plan to do. After the perches we intend to close the venue down for three months to begin construction and reopen with a whole new concept of nightlife entertainment.
The investment we require is small and will be for a period of one year only
