Dude, I'm a healthy eater and I work out two to three times a week. That's not including the work out that I get around the Farm/Ranch each day doing chores.

I would never and I mean never eat that kind of food. Just looking at it makes me want to poop.

My BP is 126 over 60, my Cholesterol is under 180 and my resting pulse is <50 and I'm 51.

Cudos to someone who actually understands this business! You have to think "outside-the-box" and find reasons for your customers to choose to come in. He actually gives customers multiple reasons to visit - sexy staff, great burgers, and a free coronary!!

I wonder if it would enhance his business if he made everyone sign a waiver, aknowledging that they understand the health risks of eating his food, prior to eating?? It might be a very cool gimick - and protect him against the first person who chooses to sue him for clogging an artery.

Just enough controversy to get excellent free publicity and great word of mouth advertising. The decor and outfits could be better, but it seems right for HIS market. a simple twist on the nurse concept. Now, if he would just add some more flat screen tv's and push the sports more he could get those beer sales way up in addition to the burgers.Even if this isn't your kind of place, you have to respect the simple marketing differentiating himself from other burger and beer joints.
