I am a college student at texas tech and have been promoting night clubs in the area very succesfully for a while. I am planning on opening a bar/ resturant. I say bar first because that will be the main money maker and the resturant will just be some thing to get people in during the day and get a nice crowd in the door. I know drink prices and drink costs but most of the other accounting aspects are going to be trouble. I have a good spot right next to campus. so what I think im asking is what are the typical pit falls and problems I might come across?
