wondering if anyone would know the stats of failure rates on these. i'm not sure where to start looking, so i thought i'll ask you guyz.
which one would have the higher risk? and which one has a higher percentage of failure as per industry outlook?

for those kind individuals that know my situation, this is what has happened so far. the owner of the restaurant now found one of his 'buddies' to invest some money into the restaurant that he failed in. he'll make a decision in a couple of days, but my guess is that he will not invest.
cos seriously, if i build a restaurant and dumped over 350k into it, than failed because i had no concept no unique spark and i can't cook. than my solution is to change it to a nightclub (i still don't know what i'm doing, so i'll play it by ear). so now i want you to give me another 100k so i can 'try' it.
i mean, if things were really so easy. we'll all be millionairs...
