I was wondering, if you had a bar and grill and delivered food is there a another permit you could get that would allow you to sell beer along with the food delivered?

I have an on and off premise license for beer and wine. We do food delivery and contacted our Abc board and filled out some paperwork to be able to deliver. They just need some monthly paperwork sent in and thats it.

Each state has its own liquor control system, liquor laws and liquor license types. In Ohio, you should contact the Ohio Dept. of Commerce, Division of Liquor Control for information. Their website is:

in Seattle does this. We just use a specialty liquor license.

There was an article about a store in PA that had an issue with their beer take-out service, but that shouldn't be a problem for anyone serving beer on-site.
