I have a few monitors around my bar that I use for advertising and I am also wanting to stream live video to them of my DJ's mixxing and of bands when they play!

I am sending the advertising using a computer, using HDMI out to a 1x8 HDMI switch that then goes to the TVs.

I tried buying a Logiteck c910 webcam but I can not get it to video the DJ in full screen to show on the monitors.

SO now I am thinking just a recular video camera but Im not sure.

Can someone help????

Now, in the proposal, I said that we(promotions company) should get 15% of the bar, 50% of the door, 30 free drink tickets and 1 bottle. She says that they don't give bar percentages but they give promoters 100% of the door cover and require us to meet a bar minimum (which is based on how many people you are bringing in,the time frame & what you are charging at the door).

Now, with that being said, I don't want to promise that we'll bring in 200 people at the price of $10 guys/ ladies free from 10-3am and then don't make that, because I know then, I'll have to pay the difference. I was thinking to partner up with another more established promotions company but I'm still unsure of what number figure to give her as far as people we're bringing in.) Does the figuring for that come after the event is over?)

Please help! I've done promotions before but this is my first company by myself and I just want to be REALLY sure.
