Developing a dynamic name for your venue is one of the most important
tasks involved in the startup of a new venue. Yes, it can be an intimidating
process, but it's really only a matter of having the right tools for
the job. Be sure to have a multi-language conversion dictionary handy,
a thesaurus, pad and paper, and a clear head. Some people have better
luck with less of a clear head, so CHEERS! let's get started.

First, think about your venue and how you want it to FEEL at its maximum
capacity. That's right, how does it feel? Write those first thoughts
down, no matter how silly or complex they may be. Now, think of your
most ideal guest. How does he or she look? What thoughts come to mind,
uh huh, that's what I thought. Hurry, write those down too. This will
give you a relatively decent start, you should have a solid 8 - 10
words in front of you.

Now, head straight for the conversion dictionary, or use this online version. Look those words up in
as many other languages as you can. Chances are you won't find many
words that appeal right off, but you probably will stumble across
other words that you think are geniune. Write those down too. Now,
it's off to the thesaurus. Look up your favorite words out of the
group that you have. Continue to look up as many variations of these
newly formed words as is possible. By the end of this simple process
you should have a couple decent choices. If not, stop there and continue
the process in a different session. Make it a different time of a
different day, in a different room, in a different mindset altogether.

You should have some success with this formula. It may not come in
your first session, but it WILL come. It's just a matter of getting
your mind into that creative process. The biggest improvement of the
formula that you can make is to get others involved, as the brainstorming
session that breaks out will prove to you the worth of your friends
and family. LoL
