Location: Mirage Resorts, Nevada.
Size: 4,250 square feet.
Involvement: Operational refinement and promotional implementation.
Revenue: Projected additional gross revenue of $165,000 annually.
Overall concept: Top 40 dance and live entertainment lounge within Multi-million dollar casino.

"The Oyster"

Location: Small, southern suburb.
Size: Two locations at 4250 square feet each.
Requirements: Full build and reconstruct separately.
Revenue: Annual gross revenue of $2.2 million combined.
Overall concept: Neighborhood lounge and raw bar.
